What is BRM Connect

ABSA International is piloting a coaching program – BioRisk Management Connect (BRM Connect). It aims to facilitate relationships between biosafety/biosecurity practitioners of varying experience and expertise levels.

What Can BRM Connect Offer You?

If you are…

  • new to the biosafety/biosecurity profession,
  • member of ABSA International or an affiliate

ABSA International’s BRM Connect Program can connect you to experienced professionals who are willing to coach you through specific short-term projects.

Why Should You Use BRM Connect

AABSA International volunteers, through the BRM Connect Taskforce, have worked hard to develop the structure and procedures necessary to make this a meaningful experience for both coaches and trainees.

Built from the ground up to provide a meaningful coaching experience for ABSA members, the BRM Connect is a connection between ABSA, the coach and the trainee represented by the 3 interconnected orange circles—a top-down view of 3 entities/people working together to secure biohazards. Connect also refers to the interconnected nature of the world we live in.
