Ted brings 40+ years of experience designing, commissioning, certifying, and operating high- and maximum-containment laboratories worldwide, and his work has shaped standards including the BMBL, NIH Design Requirements Manual, ANSI/ASSP Z9.14, USP <797>, and the WHO Laboratory Safety Manual. He’s received the ABSA International John H. Richardson Special Recognition Award and the ChABSA Lifetime Achievement Award.
