Governor Wes Moore has officially proclaimed June 4, 2025 as Biosafety Day in the State of Maryland — a momentous acknowledgment of the critical work that biosafety professionals do every day to protect public health, promote scientific advancement, and support laboratory safety.

This proclamation is especially meaningful as it coincides with our 2025 ChABSA Annual Symposium, taking place at the Universities at Shady Grove.
